Know Your Numbers
At Dundela Pharmacy we recently took part in "Know Your Numbers" week, offering free blood pressure screening. Screening was available for everyone who wanted it, but was particularly valuable for relatively young and healthy people who may not be aware that they are at risk.
The event marked the launch of our range of screening services for Blood Pressure, Diabetes and Cholesterol.

Pharmacy in Focus Awards!
Our team are thrilled to have won the Northern Ireland "Pharmacy in Focus" Pharmacy award for COMMITMENT TO HEALTH AND SOCIAL WELLBEING. This is what the judges said:

The whole team at Dundela strives to continuously to improve the health and social wellbeing of our community, not only by means of pharmaceutical care and services, but also through other community based and charity initiatives. We are delighted to have won this award in recognition of all that the team does. The fact that this award was based on customer nominations makes it even more gratifying, and we would like to thank everyone who took the time to pen a few lines of appreciation.
Wear it Pink Day
Thank you to everyone who helped us to raise £1058.20 for Breast Cancer campaign on "Wear it Pink Day" 2010. We all enjoyed taking part, and are grateful to everyone who entered into the spirit despite the torrential rain, and who gave so generously to such a worthwhile cause.
